Sheen is an online cleaning and refresh coach and a digital content subscription. It generates material-safe cleaning guidance and Before/After visuals from what you describe.Sheen is not a professional cleaning, disinfection, restoration or mould-remediation service, and delivers no physical goods.

We do not send cleaners to your home, do not sell or supply any cleaning chemicals, tools or physical products, and do not broker, refer or arrange any in-person cleaning service or contractor. Everything we provide is online, digital guidance and generated content.

• Never mix cleaning chemicals.In particular, never combine chlorine bleach with ammonia-based or acidic products — doing so can release toxic gases.
• Follow each product’s safety data sheet (SDS) and label, keep the area ventilated, and keep products away from children and pets.
• Wear suitable protection and test any method on a small hidden area first.
• Sheen does not sell chemicals and is not responsible for products you choose to buy or use.

Our guidance is not health or medical advice. Severe or spreading mould, suspected asbestos, sewage back-up, flooding or structural damp must be handled by appropriately licensed professionals. Sheen does not replace professional disinfection, mould remediation or building restoration.

Cleaning methods and visuals are general guidance. They may not suit every material and do not guarantee complete removal of any stain or soil. You are responsible for testing methods safely and deciding whether they are appropriate for your surfaces. See our AI Disclaimer.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. The service is not for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must supervise any handling of cleaning products.

Paid plans are billed in advance in USD through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle until cancelled. Monthly task allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use Sheen lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not using generated visuals to misrepresent the cleanliness or condition of any property.

We own the Sheen platform and branding. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us the limited licence described in the Content License so we can generate your results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage to surfaces or materials arising from methods you choose to follow. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms or the service, and will post the updated date above. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
