This explains who owns what when you upload content to Sheen and when we generate results for you.
1. You keep ownership of your uploads
You retain all ownership of the photos, notes and other content you upload. Uploading does not transfer ownership to us.
2. The licence you grant us
You grant HOLMAN WATER MANAGEMENT LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and process your uploaded content only to operate the service and generate the plans and visuals you request. Uploaded photos and example files are cached for up to 30 days and then deleted.
3. No AI training on your content
We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models. Your content is used only to produce your results.
4. Your rights in generated outputs
Subject to an active subscription and these terms, you may use the plans and visuals we generate for your own personal or internal household purposes, including sharing your own Before/After results. You must not use outputs to misrepresent the condition of a property or in a way that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Our platform and brand
The Sheen platform, software, design and brand remain our property. This licence does not give you rights to our trademarks or underlying technology.
