Using the coach
- •Pick a task, stain and surface material, then generate a plan.
- •Every plan is gentle-first and material-aware — always patch-test first.
- •Download your Clean Plan or email it to yourself from the export panel.
Billing & subscriptions
- •Plans are billed in USD through Stripe Checkout; the descriptor is SHEEN.
- •Monthly allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over.
- •Cancel any time and keep access until the period ends.
Your files & privacy
- •Uploaded photos are processed to generate visuals and cached for up to 30 days, then cleared.
- •We do not use your inputs to train AI models.
- •Request access or deletion any time via support.
Safety
- •Never mix cleaning chemicals — especially bleach with ammonia or acids.
- •Sheen does not sell chemicals or send cleaners.
- •Severe mould, asbestos, sewage or structural damp must go to a licensed professional.
